Movement at BBB

At BBB you exercise in a heated cabin, this concept was developed about 30 years ago by Swiss scientists as a Thermo Physical Method for women’s exercise. It was shown that exercising in a warm environment is beneficial for your blood circulation, allows increased muscle flexibility and increased purification. This method is also proven to stimulate fat burning and tone the muscles.

Intense Fat Burning

The warming of the body stimulates a process that increases the intensity of burning fat cells. The warmth, in combination with intense muscle activation, stimulates an increased glucose production from glycogen. When the glycogen stores are depleted the body then switches to an intense fat burning phase.

Lose Centimetres Where You Want

As the exercise programs are personalised, they will only target the parts of the body where you wish to lose centimetres from. In these areas, the muscle groups will be activated and strengthened for an overall toned effect.

Safe for Physical Injuries

For those with physical injuries such as hernia, instability, joint pain, exercising in the warmth is a suitable environment. By doing exercise that stabilises and stretches the muscles – joints will become supple and muscles will have a faster recovery time; and thus overall movement will become easier.

Group Lessons

At BBB you can exercise individually and also in a group. BBB offers group lessons in the heated cabins (Balance, BBB 30 and Physiotherapy training) and in the studio (Yoga, Pilates and Bodyshape).
