Coaching

Coaching is the foundation of BBB. In a trial session we will start to discuss your goals and wishes, which we will then work together to refine and achieve. This enables us to determine a detailed exercise and nutrition program specifically for you.

Personal Coaching

At BBB there is intensive personal attention, for every group up to a maximum of 7 members there are at least 2 coaches. The coaches give nutrition advice insights into nutrition and eating behaviour assisting you with your exercises and recording your weight and measurement progress. BBB works on an appointment based system, which member see as a ‘helping hand’ to ensure their regular attendance. If we have not seen you for a few weeks? We will motivate you to come and visit again.

Follow a workshop

Every month you can follow an interesting and educational workshop, which is free for members and covers a variety of topics and issues, such as self image, self expectation, understanding eating habits, eating disorders, mindful eating and detoxification.

More Intensive Coaching?

BBB also offers more intensive one on one programs with a psychologist and a dietician for you to follow in a ten week plan. This allows us to coach you through breaking unhealthy eating habits, increasing self control & self esteem and improving your relationship with food.
