Curious? A trial at BBB is free with no obligations. At a trial we will not only show you our concept but you will also experience what it is like- we will weigh and measure you, analyse your figure and discuss your wishes and goals. We will then chose an exercise to program that suits you and you will complete these in a warm cabin. After this we will explain what types of nutritional advice are possible at BBB. A trial will take around one hour.
