 "I am cured from been overweight and now I believe in something. I believe in BBB. I practice it like it’s a religion. I used to weight 27 kilos more and its really difficult to carry so much extra weight- that is 27 milk cartoons you don’t lift that easily! If I see overweight people on the street, I say to them, “you don’t have to really, life can be much more tolerable”. I love myself and my body more and am grateful to all the sweet coaches from BBB.”

“Let me be honest: I am allergic to the gym. To go on the treadmill and to lift the weights, I don’t like it. What I do want is a beautiful toned body. I had almost given up hope until I discovered BBB- its a gym ‘cosy’ for women, where you lose weight and centimetres in no time whilst exercising in a warm cabin. I have exercised here for over a year and after 6 months I have already lost 10 kilos and I did that without being hungry and from only sporting 2 times a week for 30 minutes. I never ever thought I would like to exercise but at BBB you exercise a different way than at a normal gym. You make an appointment which works perfectly for me. Next tot hat, they make a program especially for you and the coaches are really good. They also discus with you your eating habits and give you a journal to fill in- this makes you more conscious of what you eat. You don’t have to starve yourself like with a diet, this is why it is so easy to maintain. What is also really nice is that the training is just half a hour, I mostly go after work and at 7pm I have finished and still have the whole night- to do nice things!”

“When I was pregnant I gained 22 kilos which I wanted to lose after I had given birth. I had a caesarean but I was able to return to BBB after 6 weeks because my doctor informed me it was possible. I started with a special programs for mums and also received excellent coaching from BBB. However, I am quite impatient and after a few weeks I wanted to do more. BBB gave me good advice and made sure I did not do anything too hasty and made a specialised program for me which satisfies my need for more exercise. I discussed with BBB what I wanted to achieve, the coaches then tailored suitable exercises into a program for me. After that I started with ‘regular’ exercises which I had done before I was pregnant and I also followed a special nutrition program. I achieved a good result, as within 4 months I had lost 17 kilos- which is good for someone that really dislikes sport! Exercising at BBB is different, you are finished in 30 minutes, you receive excellent attention, have a personalised program and all this in a friendly environment. The hurdle to stop me exercising is now gone!”

“I have been going to BBB for four years no and I really enjoy it. What do I really enjoy? I have the feeling that when I am at BBB that you really ‘matter’. You receive perfect coaching, they make a program together with you, especially for you. You are able to discuss precisely what you want and what you like and I also really like the aspect that when you don’t turn up for your appointment that BBB calls you to remind you. When I started at BBB I weighed more than 115 kilos and since then I have lost more than 33 kilos: I am really proud, but I am not there yet! That is why I recently started with a special coaching program at BBB. In this program I analysed with one of the coaches my motives for losing weight and living healthy; also I receive psychological coaching and this will help me lose the last ten kilos- and I am sure I am going to make it. A long time ago I tried a ‘normal’ gym but I quit only after half a year- I felt ‘left alone’ and lacked the feeling of appreciation. I find it nice to exercise at BBB and I can see that my body is getting more and more beautiful: which motivates me to keep going!”

“About six months ago I started at BBB. I come frequently, twice a week, and it feels good. I have already lost 20 kilos, magnificent! BBB is more than a gym. I have learnt to make choices- I have learnt to think ahead about how I am going to deal with certain situations- for example a party. Now I know before I go to the party what I am going to do at the party: I used to not think about this and just ate all the pastries, chips, nuts and the other delicious goodies. Now I am much more aware and I can control myself. BBB has taught me to think differently and this has helped me to make the choice to live healthier. This is great, as I enjoy it as well. I do not find it annoying to eat healthy, and as for the chocolate that I was fond of in the old days? I don’t miss it now at all. I don’t count calories, I just eat less unhealthy food. Thus I now feel more comfortable in my own skin and I notice this in daily life. I am not thinking all day if my shirt is too tight or if I look good and that is really nice.

Exercising at BBB is really magnificent, its very relaxing, personal and help you with everything without being demanding. I exercise at BBB for a year, twice a week and I did not miss one time! In addition I also eat very healthy and it feels good. It is a different way of life, which fits me very well. I lost 12 kilos and 90cms and I am now at my target weight. Although, I need to ensure that I do not lose too much weight as then my wedding dress will not fit -my dress is finished and I will be getting married at the end of May. I have never looked as slim as I do now. I receive a lot of compliments from those around me, people say not only is my figure more beautiful but also that I seem more confident. That is why I do it, as I know what it is like to not feel confident. I recommend BBB to everyone, as you really see results and that is really motivating to keep on going. After my wedding I want to lose some extra weight and I am sure I will.”
