Pregnant?

Pregnancy for most women is a lovely time but also a time of many changes for your body. Alongside the weight gain, the pelvic and abdominal wall can also endure increased stress. Soon to be new mums can come to BBB whilst pregnant or after giving birth. BBB has developed special exercise programs to focus on strengthening and toning your pelvic muscles and abdominal muscles.

During Your Pregnancy

A lot of women start to think about their figure after they have given birth but in actuality during the pregnancy you can work on your figure in a safe and pleasant manner. BBB has exercise programs for women up until the 32nd week of pregnancy.

Mums to be receive personalised attention whilst exercising in a friendly and relaxed environment. In addition they can be regularly weighed and measured throughout the pregnancy, as well as discuss health eating habits with our coaches.

As the exercises are completed whilst laying in the heated cabin, there is a low impact on your back and joints. The programs will help you to stay fit and supple during your pregnancy.

Pelvic instability can be prevented or reduced through our exercise programs and you can also visit our physiotherapist if you have further questions about exercising when pregnant.

After Giving Birth

At BBB we often see women who after their pregnancy have not yet lost the extra weight. This may be due to the fact that they have started too late with a post-birth exercise program, which makes it more and more difficult to lose the extra weight. BBB has programs that can be followed from 6 weeks after given birth in a safe and pleasant way. ‘BBB Mama’ consists of exercises in the heated cabins and personal nutritional advice to get you back in shape.
